Literally horrible service ever. Went to exchange burnt and clogged dispo I bought and they told me to come back tomorrow when I can’t and gas is expensive. I don’t have that money to come back and forth like that. I live an hour away. She told me on the phone that yeah definitely she’d be able to return it, when I wasted money to go there, she told me she couldn’t and had to wait for the manager. Probably 0 compensation for that error either.
Oh, also yesterday when I went there, a fight broke out between a customer and the workers. They were yelling and swearing at each other while I was just trying to buy things.
I was just at this location an hour ago I must say very unpleasant experience. My buddy was just uncertain what to get and was about to ask questions? We were just wanting to browse the selection hopefully learn something about the products. The guy was ease dropping on the phone call my friend was on. Afterward he asked him who is this was for? My buddy responded to him to wait hes asking a friend what product is good try. He then got seriously aggressive and stated to my friend I can’t sell you anything because your bootlegging. The call was to find out what to get and just some advice whats good to try. He repeated to say who is it was for and asked us to leave that we were breaking the law. He did not even allow for a response and amped up his body language to imply a physical response if we don’t. Reason for this review is simply this. It’s not sitting right for either of us to continue to let this kind of behavior go unanswered or go unaware. To all my fellow Natives brothers and sisters do us all a favor and go somewhere else and keep your dollars away from this place. I’m sick and tired of these business continually treating us as criminals and racial profiling that we are intent on trafficking substances. It was obvious to us that he already perceived us a threat? And conductive himself in this manner.
The gentleman working today at this time was so super sweet. He was making sure to get everyone exactly what they needed regardless of how busy it was in there, me and my mum waited until it quieted down no problem. I didn’t catch his name but now he’s my favourite budtender!
This truly IS the best place in town. Selection, Price and Knowledgeable Staff. This should be their flagship store and Brian should be the Captain!! He is friendly and his expertise in his product is AMAZING!. He is a 10 out of 10. Thankyou!!!!
Great CHEAP selection, best in town for sure. Also such lovely staff that greats you with a smile everytime. And the price match!
