It’s unacceptable how this store handles negative feedback. Stop burying bad reviews at the bottom or outright hiding them. It’s clear management is trying to cover up how poorly this location is run. Whoever is in charge here is completely incapable of doing their job. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they focus on deleting reviews to make the store look better.
People deserve to know the truth: this store is constantly understaffed and understocked, with long lines and poor service. Removing customers for your own comfort and convenience instead of addressing the issues is shameful and unprofessional. If you can’t take criticism, maybe work on improving instead of silencing others. Vindictive behaviour like this won’t get you far in life—do better.
I’ve been going to this location since it opened. I’ve always gotten great customer service and even when my favorites aren’t in stock, they always have some kind of deal that coaxes me into trying something new!
I was there the other day and Vien suggested I try the “cosmic cherry lime” drink and I was hesitant cause I’ve tried several flavors on recommendations and I’ve never liked any of them besides Henry the grape ape lol. Well, Vien was right, this one is good too, it’s nice to now have 2 options!
I also want to mention Tre(Trey?) he’s the employee I’ve had the most interaction with, and he’s always been super helpful. If he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll find it.
There’s one other guy (I didn’t get his name, but he’s relatively new) who informed me of the perks of getting an elite membership when I was there in November and it happened to be a discounted membership price too 😁 so thanks to him, I’ve saved a lot of money the last few months.
Tldr: great customer service and sales, *highly recommend* (pun intended)
Was simply the best place with the best prices. Was in the area and was super happy that the staff member knows so much I was with. It seemed like this job is tailored made for the worker I was lucky enough to spend time with, and really hope I get a chance to see them again at some point, when in in the area again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Canna Cabana St. Marys. The manager personally offered me a discount on a bong and even encouraged me to leave a positive review. I was happy to support them until I found out that the manager later fired the employee who processed the discount, as if it were the employee’s fault. It’s shocking and unfair—the employee had no idea this would be an issue, and I would have gladly paid full price if I’d known it would cost someone their job. This type of management is unprofessional and has left a terrible impression. I feel awful for the employee and won’t be coming back.
Honestly, out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to all over the globe, Canna Cabana is the most professional established business that also maintains the best vibes possible.
Their selection is incredible.
Prices are very fair and their deals are phenomenal.
Membership perks are on point and the birthday bag is such a cool addition.
Shout out to Trey who is doing amazing running the St. Vital Mall location.
