If I could put negative 5 stars I would. I went in today on Saturday march 8th 2025 around 4 pm. I asked for help and there was a shorter Caucasian guy that had no business working in customer service. Was rude and had no idea about wesd products. Avoid this place at all costs although they would probably be happier helping no one.
sold me old stock (October, not ancient but because there was no humidity pack i could feel how dry it was through the bag).
refused to refund me within 10min of purchase
lied and said its against the law to refund it (i believed him until i went to delete my Reddit post on the OCS subreddit and loads of people had already commented saying it is ok to do returns on unopened product)
i won’t be going back
On Jan 7th in the afternoon, I went into get some pre rolls and this will be the last time I come back to this store unfortunately. I was hoping to get some different options and look at flavours but was incredibly disappointed with the lack of service even though I was the only one in the store.
The one and only store attendant, who didn’t look like he wanted to be there recommended a brand with no reason why except “it’s his favourite” and although I question it, I wasn’t given other options. it was honestly the worst I have ever had. I sort of wish I could have browsed them on my own but they were behind the cash and had to “trust” him because he made no other recommendations.
If I were you, don’t go here and avoid disappointment and poor service at Cana Cabana Sudbury.
I checked the website on Tuesday Evening(image 1), and it said you have 12 of the item in stock. I go in, ask for said item, and I’m told you’re sold out and the website hasn’t updated yet. No big deal. I was told that usually you restock either Wednesdays or Thursdays. I just went in around 2pm ish, after checking the website(image 2), seeing that there is apparently still 12 in stock, and lo and behold, sold out. When I mentioned that one of the employees said you should be restocked, I was met with no answer other than have a good day. I’m not the first person to have issues with your website being inaccurate, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Still a customer, just disappointed.
I’ve ordered online a few times, but these past two times they called me saying that the delivery guy already left and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver until the next day.
What is up with your delivery man never being in store to do the actual deliveries? I’m usually ordering 3-4 hours before the store closes so it wouldn’t have a problem with the delivery, but that doesn’t seem to work.
And when I try to call the store back to cancel the order, you guys don’t pick up the phone.
Honestly disappointed, will not order from this store again.
