The manager at this shop is amazing!
He was very understanding and helped us with the situation. We have continued to shop here due to how wonderful the manager is.
I went in looking to speak to the manager, however they were not there. So I tried talking to the employee regarding an issue. Rather than calmly talking to me, she yelled at me the entire time, yelled over me, refused to let me get a word in. I had to tell her multiple times she doesn’t have to yell or raise her voice at me. She called me dishonest, selfish and not a nice person. She even swore. At this point I didn’t want to converse with her at all. She was nothing but disrespectful. I wanted to talk to the manager to avoid this interaction with her, as this was a similar interaction with this same employee. She tells me she is a manager at that location herself. I have to say I am appalled at how a “Manager” conducts herself to customers. Regardless, no matter the issue, an employee should NEVER treat someone like that, especially since I was calm and there was no yelling on my end. Unfortunately I have witnessed her yell at others in person and over the phone.
I have reached out to their head office and I am waiting on a call from their manager.

There’s one employee here, older woman, has no customer service skills, no people skills, and has absolutely zero business being behind a counter facing customers.
This woman forgot to charge me for a pipe, and then ACCUSED ME OF STEALING. And YELLED at my wife
She then proceeded to tell me and my wife that we are dishonest, disrespectful and selfish people(??!!)
This is unacceptable and this review stays 1 star as long as she’s employed here

Poorly staffed. I walked here Tuesday September 10th and arrived at 8:25 pm. The door was locked and a sign was posted said “out to lunch until 9:10 pm”. If they are closing down shop for 45 mins or more they should hire more staff to cover people’s lunch breaks. Very disappointed in the customer service.
