Amazing deals here. I have Elite, so even more savings. Staff here are gems, dealing with some of Lethbridges finest 🤪 customers. I could only imagine!
DON’T GO HERE. Valuebuds is usually way cheaper and better service. They’re often randomly closed, equipment is often not fully working properly, and they require that you pay a membership fee on quite a few products that aren’t worth it.
I much prefer Valuebuds layout and how you see what they have as soon as you walk in! Never had any problems there.
I love this store. The staff are so friendly and willing to help. Their prices are also crazy good
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The staff here are ALL a complete joke. The manager was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic and rude when confronted with their excessive IDing. How many times does the same person have to check your ID and see that you are of age? (31) As a regular customer who comes in there every 2 days is a joke. Clearly the employee is not doing their job properly or simply cannot read or remember faces. Not personable with customers. No greeting when walking in the store. No “have a good day” Overall super disappointing experience
