Worst service ever. Some how their silvercreek location has a totally different ID policy which is posted on the wall then this location. Totally ridiculous and I wont ever be back. Never have I been hassled about ID being a 43 year old man.
Anna is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t make me feel stupid for asking silly questions and overall is just amazing. Highly highly recommend this location and Anna. Thanks Anna!!
The female with the glasses that works Thursdays in the evening have a bit too much attitude and very immature. Over the years I’ve never had an issue here until you came. You have an issue with everything and you know nothing about the products when asked about it. Also you let it seems like you’re doing me a favor by selling me Cannabis when I spend more than you get pay there weekly and there are tons of Cannabis stores around. If you hate your job so much and no nothing about the products why are you even working here?
The only thing this place has going for it is it’s conveniently located close to Walmart.
The staff is mostly fine, they do their jobs well.
The decor is uninspired.
The pricing scheme is an annoying marketing trick with a ‘membership’ getting you a discount.
I had a bad experience here once upon a time. I forgot my license and was denied entry. It happens. I present very obviously as a mature adult. I don’t understand why a company would actively choose to annoy their customers.
re: enhanced ID screening. The people in the broader community who oppose legalization don’t care. They’ve already made up their minds about the industry. At this point, the practice almost reinforces the stigma we’re ostensibly trying to get rid of.

The only reason why this place is still in business is because of the name canna cabana. If you realize how immature the person who is responding to the customers feedback are? Every bit of information about their staff being unprofessional and untrained is 100% true. Not because you’re selling cannabis you think you can treat people however you want. Best advice I will give you and your staff is to watch who they are being disrespectful to
