I just turned 21 and went yesterday night and amazing customer service. So nice and kind clean and great product. Got some prerolls and wow they are amazing. Definitely coming here again.
Usually visit this place a lot and like it but today i got burned. Tried to return a pen battery that was not working for a wax cart that i have bought through them aswell. It turned on but would not smoke. But if i used it on my old pen battery it works. Which is also another cheap pen battery of the same thread. Was told i cannot return it because the lady took it to the back to test it and she said it worked for her so she daid i cannot return it. They can offer me a discount on another cart though. Which i did not take the deal because why should i have to spend more money on a product that did not work for me in the first place? Honestly, it’s not cool on the business end of things. People are usually nice there though. Will be using my rewards points and most likely going here less and less.
Way too expensive. They are ripping off the citizens of Pueblo. They charge $20+ for the same exact stuff they have in Denver or springs. Pueblo grows the most cannabis for the State and we constantly get screwed over with prices and greedy owners. Do not support if you can- save your money and shop elsewhere.
I always loved this place and am definitely a regular but kinda disappointed I picked up a hemp pre roll unaware of it I try to come and see what I can do about this mistake again I was unaware of and ended up stuck with this bullshit I won’t smoke as a almost everyday regular I’m very disappointed 😞😞
