Went in assuming it’s a dispensary because it says so on google maps. I was assured they’re a dispensary they even said “we’re a different kind of dispensary”.Don’t listen to them it’s Medical prices for gas station weed, they know what they’re doing.
Edit: forgot to mention they sold to me with no proof of identification or age except for i had my MMUR card out and i am NOT 21 years or older. (And what a professional response btw)
This was truly the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service, every time I’d ask a question they’d have an over explained answer or they’d have something negative to say about other dispensaries, when I didn’t bring them up. I bought $300 worth of product, tried some and didn’t love it. I called and he was like well if your not happy bring it back;so
I did, next day: and I was very kind and pleasant, as I didn’t expect what came next.
Told them im having such chronic pain recently that I don’t know what’s going to help, it may just be me and not your product, don’t take it personally. I’m just having a hard time. He asked why it didn’t work, and I told him it was just not the kind of high I’m looking for, for my body relief. then they tried to manipulate me to keep them, saying “good luck, I’d be surprised to see you find anything better” sunburns and other places aren’t good. Then said well what else are you trying, and laughed at me and said you aren’t trying other things becomes roam, no hemp? So you’re gonna turn to pharmaceuticals. I then was shocked they said that and took a moment before saying: sarcastically , “ wow, I appreciate your sympathy and compassion and assumption, I am for your information going to chiropractors for scoliosis and other healing modalities, not pharmaceuticals. Then I said I don’t know why you’re picking on me, I’m feeling bullied. Then she said that back to me, when I stood up for myself saying that I was going to see Chiron and not take pharmaceuticals. It was beyond aggressive and weirdest thing. I was calm and kind, and not sure about trying it all, but from the moment I fam win they were boss very rude to me.
What can I say about JP and Gabby, other than family. The expertise, knowledge, and experience are above all. I have been a cannibus concierge and still find myself being educated. I started coming in a year ago as a customer and quickly became family. If you want local, quality, and a company that cares about you, look no further.
i come here maybe 3-5x a week , never have been disappointed with their AAAA flower and concentrates.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They preach that Medical Marijuana is “fake” and only they sell “real” “cannabis”. DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE GARBAGE. READ UP on what HEMP DERIVED federally approved “cannabis” is and what actual Marijuana is. Employees of this shop are delusional and easily triggered when you tell them this, it’s actually pretty funny though because they genuinely believe in this.
Remember when people use to smoke K2 from a gas station or use bath salts? Before it got banned. Yea… Canna Flora sells product on that level, don’t be fooled.

EDIT* I didn’t yell at any employee, the owner is making that up in their reply. They are simply offended that I referred to their flagship product as “fake”. So, not only is their product fake, but they are fake people who lie. Once again, shop here at your own risk and certainly do your OWN research outside of what the store preaches. It is vital to your health.
