The staff – super cool… Coming from the SF Bay Area I was so pleased. Good prices and plenty of parking. When back in San Diego I will go back to shop!

What an experience! The vibes here are immaculate. As a first timer I didn’t know where to begin – thankfully the signs and Gia (Gianni) helped!
Gia gave excellent recommendations and asked great questions to make sure she was understanding what I was looking for. She offered multiple selections of everything, clearly knew the product offerings, and had the ability to explain the differences as well to a newbie. She went above and beyond, I also now highly recommend the baby jeeters! Love them. What an awesome visit!
Great staff. They are really welcoming, good products. Isaac is the best attendant ever, look for him and have a great time!! Best place in San Diego!!
I’ve been coming here for several years and honestly, worst customer service I have ever experienced and it’s getting worse every week. I just stood in the line (that they’ve changed 3 times in the last year) for 15 minutes waiting (not because they were busy but because they are working incredibly slow) while 3 randoms walked up and cut in front of everyone and everyone at the counter just took them as if I hadn’t been waiting. I looked around and everyone basically acted like it didn’t happen so I walked out. Called to tell the manager and goes “uh ok” and hung up. Just the least professional staff I’ve encountered at almost any business I’ve been to over the last few years. This is after spending a lot of money there on a weekly basis and them typically making a big deal out of using the line. Like grade school levels of poor customer service and the weeds not good enough to keep going back.
