Their customer service was excellent, each appointment is about 10 minutes and the staff took care of making sure everything was submitted to the state electronically in a very timely fashion allowing me to finish the application by creating my account and downloading my signed affidavit. The only thing that they could improve on is the expense for the 10 minute visit was $150. I also thought that their office environment left a lot to be desired, it was clean and again the staff was excellent but their office was one single room, not a doctor’s office as one might have anticipated initially.
I have easy renewals and good, to-the-point conversations! I am always asked if I need anything and how things have been going, and I even get nice recommendations when I report anything specific. I’m so grateful for this option and truly appreciate my doctors!

The apartment was quick and easy, and the it’s practitioner was vary pleasant to talk to!
I still haven’t gotten my card I was told it would b a few hours it’s the next day. But that was my fault and after fixed my mistake they was immediate. Amazingly helpful and fast and courteous will recommend
I made an appointment with no problem and when it came time for my call I completely forgot! I felt terrible but the doctor called me about twenty mins later. I thought he was calling to reschedule but he just completed the appointment right there. He was super nice and totally down to earth. Highly recommend!
