I’ve been going here since we moved over to eastern Washington and the staff have always been so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable in a way that always sticks in my mind. As someone who has so little knowledge on the products they sell I rely on the staff here to get me informed and they’ve never steered me wrong. They never try and just sell you the most expensive product, instead trying to get what works for you in the experience you’re looking for and within a reasonable price range. I don’t go anywhere else because of the people here! Love em!!!

This place is ridiculous! Go to The Vault in Spokane, it’s worth the 40% off your product. They don’t explain how their discounts work and offer the higher discount for a lower price and the lower discount for the more podium buy. Go to the vault. What costs me $100 reduces to $60. I’ve saved at least several thousand switching. Vault has been having 40% off since July 2024
Love the knowledgeable staff. Jeneka helped me understand my issues with cartridges and offered advice on how to keep certain things from happening. Will definitely be here regularly.
