Horrible experience I usually never shop here to begin with because of the prices but over christmas, I was stuck couldn’t get it where I normally do so I went here got seven grams one of the bags when I got home, I realized I was four months old and completely brown i messaged the cannabis n b support they told me to message the supplier, which I did then hear nothing for a little over a month then today I get an email from both cannabis n b and the supplier, saying that they would exchange it.So I go into the store they proceed to ask for a receipt and a bag from 45 days ago and refused to give me my exchange, even though the supplier was completely fine with it because I had pictures of the product and the packaging.So there was no question on whether I bought it or not not impressed horrible experience better off going online to a black market site and get four times the amount for the same price shift to your door guaranteed delivery, and it’s way better products. I’ve never had a problem from any online store and if there was they always made it right, I’ve never been ripped off by any of them. It’s such a better alternative than this.At least they stand behind their products.
Rude / arrogant young lady that works the counter. For one she looks like shes under age. She also has 0 experience with cannabis in my opinion. Both times I’ve gone in I’ve been extremely specific about what I wanted and both times I’ve left and not been pleased. I drive to Rothesay now, the staff there have never sent me out the door with anything less then what I’ve asked for and they are so friendly/easy to deal with.
I am usually very happy when I visit this location but the “big fella” working today was very poor at his job. I went in knowing very little, looking for an alternative to smoking product. After just seeing my physio who had recommended items he would not offer anything when I told him what I was looking for. I realize they are not physicians and cannot prescribe but he could give me details of what some products. He really didn’t care if I was there or not. I was just an inconvenience. I didn’t know what to ask for and he made me uncomfortable and feeling really stupid.
Staff are always friendly and give good service! Prices are just abit high
Ran out of my vape while in town visiting family for a week, not only was the service fast, it was informative, amazing customer service and over all a great stop in! Highly recommend! Great deals, awesome atmosphere.
