Cannabist Dispensary Huntington

If medical cannabis is medically cleared by the government. Also Known as… medication! You have a license to legally pick it up. therefore you should be able to take your child in with you to pick up your, “Prescription”. so far this is the only dispensary that has refused me service! Smh

This is a great place, and although it looks like a high end store, the products are actually incredibly affordable. There are new sales every day, and their loyalty points system is extremely helpful. Even the moderate amount that I buy is enough to always have $5 or $10 off my purchase. And the staff is so friendly and helpful, it’s difficult to even say one is better than another. Ariel and Devon are wonderful, but my terrible memory for names is the only reason I can’t name more.

The Cannabist is a great store for every type of medical cannabis patient. It would be worth your time for the service alone, but they have so much more to offer. Check it out!

You know usually I come to cannabist And I have a great time talking to customers talking to staff members the security guard hell I’ll even use the bathroom and talk to myself… Today I go to you know bring a new customer to your guys’s establishment, And I was kicked out due to recommending products on the sales floor.. Now there’s other allegations to why I was kicked out but those aren’t true. Not to mention I brought a new customer who felt uneasy due to prying eyes watching his wallet with his money in it. I was then told I had to leave the store. Upon leaving the store I called the store asking to speak to the manager, I was told that she was the manager on the phone and that she wasn’t there to see what happened or witness but heard about it. After catching her in a lie, and being hung up directly in my face did she reveal that she was the manager that kicked me out anyways. I don’t appreciate the way this was handled, For somebody who spends thousands of dollars at this establishment, I send you guys roughly 20 30 new customers each month, There should have been a better way to this approach. For my friend he was brand new and didn’t know the rules He just got his card today, Me I know the rules and I know I didn’t do anything wrong because every time I come there I do talk about the products with anybody and everybody who’s willing to listen and rebuttal. But this time it was different I got kicked out and then a pond trying to call and talk about the situation There was nobody to help me. Instead they said that the supervisor doesn’t live at the store, and that there is no direct number to get a hold of anybody higher up than the person I was speaking to, And then abruptly the phone call ended.

You guys get one star for your service today. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back & I definitely didn’t appreciate a GM acting as a child when speaking to customers.
