Raymond, you are such a kind soul! You eased my rattled nerves of dealing with chronic illness for years, while currently in the midst of the worst flare up I’ve ever had. You also explained every product so thoroughly and even let me be a know it all. I’m very happy I found this place and even happier I know I can go to Raymond for help. I’m eager to see how this product does, I will update this review when I have an accurate assessment of the products!

Being there my first time, Raymond was attentive and listened and gave some awesome recommendations I’m excited to try. Definitely will be going back!
Definitely stay away from this one and the one in Portsmouth absolutely worth the drive to the oceanfront to use that facility. Much better staff there. The Norfolk store will turn you away 15 minutes before lunch and closing.
Brenna was friendly, kind,courteous and a pleasure to be waited on by her. She made me feel respected and she went above and beyond. Great customer service.
