I want to be clear that review is reflective of my thoughts on corporate, not this individual store. The customer service at this store has been amazing. My issue is that corporate owns the Turnt Up line of products that is sold in their stores. I understand that they have a no returns/exchanges policy but the fact that they won’t exchange one of their own products due to defect (that they are fully aware of) is absolutely ridiculous. Your company owns the product line and yet sells it knowing there are defects and refuse to make good on their product when customers have issues with them. I won’t ever shop here again for that exact reason. You are responsible for the efficacy of your products and not honoring that when you know there are known defects is stealing from your customers.

Great selection on herb! Much more too. My new smoke shop. I was going to smoke depot or vapor time but was tired of getting screwed. They knew nothing about kratom and the different veins or the different forms of THC and how they are extracted or made such as THC o. Tyler here knows his stuff. Most knowledgeable shop I’ve found so far. Would love to work somewhere like this where I could help people. I’m passionate about herbal remedies
