I like having your store in our area and I appreciate the products you sell but some of your staff lack appropriate customer service skills and make me feel like I’m a bother to them, more interested in their phone than in their customers, not all of them as you do have a very polite, well mannered and friendly gentleman there.
First time in this store. Was recommended by a co-worker. She suggested trying CBD for anxiety. The lady in the store was super helpful. Answered all my questions while pointing me in the right direction. I bought a disposable vape. A day later, it wouldn’t charge. I took it back to show her, and they let me replace it with another one.
Overall- great experience! Check them out!
This is a great local company who provides very high quality products. My experience in the store was really great as the Naba was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with finding me the most suitable products for my needs. I purchased gummies that has definitely been the highest quality out of the others I have tried before from other companies. There is no harsh taste and it’s smooth and refined. It really helps with any tension or pain. I look forward to trying some of their other products as they have also have other hemp products. If you want top notch local hemp products this is your place!
I returned a product for sleep and bought another one, instead. So far, my card has been charged for the new product, but the reimbursement has not appeared. I would think that they should appear at the same time.
Charm city is the only place i can find circle products. They have improved my quality of life to something i thought wasnt obtainable with out double strenghth advil and a muscle relaxer. I have pain from working at fedex for the last 16 years. I had no idea cbd has so many health benefits with out the negative side effects…like the ulcer i got that kick started this journey from tylenol. My hands even feel better. Less stiff, and my body isnt perfect but i can manage it easily. My mind feels lighter as well. Do you know what may be causing the lift in mood. I am taking gummys at night called relief by circle and the cream on my knees and hands… Worth every penny and will repeatedly rub in for extra soore muscles. Dont use much just a dime for your back to start. This has been a health journey i wish i found 10 years ago. I moved to Vermont. i cant find the product brand here. Ill be back for Thanksgiving to stock up and get gifts for the holidays.
