My man Nick is an absolute dawg. They don’t get better than this guy. Above and beyond, like even buzz lightyear would be jealous. Unreal service. I am from Forest Lawn, and it took a damn long time to get to this store, but I came anyway cause I remember them from my hometown high river. I will be coming back for sure. 110/10
Awesome service and great products. My fav is the ginger ale drink! Met Nick and Brittany at a tent and they were very kind and helpful.
I placed an order online for delivery today and after a few hours didn’t see any movement on it. I called the store and Nathan assisted me in figuring out what the status of it was. Once he figured it out he let me know that we were now out of the delivery window and had to wait until the next day. I had asked Nathan if there was any way he could make an exception or work something out and he informed me that typically he would be unable to, as the delivery driver hadn’t picked up the order. Instead of making me wait until the next day, Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met by delivering them to me myself. He also provided me with a few extra goodies (papers, lighter, t-shirt, toque, etc) as a way to say sorry for the delay. I greatly appreciate the lengths that Nathan went to ensure that I received my order in a timely manner, and how polite and apologetic he was upon delivering my items. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service, it left a lasting impression and I will definitely be ordering again from you.
I saw one of the little pink signs and decided to check this place out! And I’m so glad I did. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who genuinely care about quality and customer experience. I LOVE that there’s a reward program, and cannot wait to be back.
