I usually always get my deliveries from here and have always had amazing services until there was an issue today where I tried to purchase my online order after a while and the delivery portal charged me but didn’t go through with the delivery process so I called the store and the girl said “I don’t know” which is frustrating because the staff should be trained to know what to do. So then after I asked her again then she finally decided to ask the manager and he gets on the phone and says the same thing..” I don’t know” that’s it. So at this point I’m frustrated you have no problem taking my money but the minute there’s a problem you don’t do nothing but give me a I don’t know. The general manager Jay or Jason had the audacity to tell me to calm down when I wasn’t even yelling I was stern and to the point but not rude. Simply asking well what the solution is but instead I get a “ I don’t know” He completely disregard my concerns about the delivery portal and the issue. I had to repeat myself since he clearly didn’t care to even care for my concerns. As a general manager this is how he handles business.Now I know this store won’t care if I stop buying from them even though I’ve given them a lot of business and have always been kind but I definitely will not ever go back to the company in general again.

The staff was helpful to recommend products too and they are patient to answer any questions you may have about their products.
