I am always impressed by the friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism of EVERYONE at Columbia Care. Every visit of mine has been a 5-star experience. And today, with Tran, was no different. He helped me with my questions, answering them thoroughly, and quickly but accurately pulled my order together. From the Security professional at the front door, to the friendly person at the front desk, and everyone I interacted with, I had yet another great experience. Everyone shows that their focus is on the client/patient, and they demonstrate great teamwork and common courtesy to each other always. That is not the norm, from my experience at other dispensaries. Sometimes it is quite the opposite, which makes me love Columbia Care all the more! Keep up the great work!!
Great customer service and care. Thanks to all of the team members for being so helpful and thoughtful. Very knowledgeable about all products and services. I also appreciate that I’m never hurried out or pressured to buy certain products. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon if ever. Quick and friendly service! Awesome prices on quality products on Thursdays which is great since it’s my day off. Ben is always been great. He’s helped me find the best and try more. Thanks to all the staff!!
Ordered online a half for $30 with discounts. Called while on the way to confirm order and they said the pricing was wrong and that my order was going to be cancelled. Would not recommend as they don’t make things right with customer. Ended up choosing a different dispensary. If you make things right and honor online price, I will delete review.
The folks seemed nice the one time I was actually able to get in to make a purchase. Really need to make a better commitment to handling online orders. I’m not interested in coming in and sitting in your waiting room. I don’t require assistance. I want to pick something on your website and be able to pick it up within an hour. It’s not as if you have anything to “prepare”…everything you sell is prepackaged. I can go around the corner to your competitor and pick up my order in their drive through lane. You guys need to get it together for online pickup orders.
