Wouldn’t exchange my cart that wasn’t working properly. Every other shop I’ve ever brought an exchange back has taken it no questions asked. These guys questioned me, put it on some tester and said it looks good. I explained to him right out the package it wouldn’t work on my battery so I bought a new battery and it still didn’t work so he took it to the back room where I couldn’t see him and did something to it and came back and said here you go it should work now. And it didn’t work still so I just ended up leaving. Don’t give these guys your money.

Darby was really friendly and when I asked him for his opinion on the items I was purchasing, he gave me good feedback & he really made me feel good about my selection. Also… I live not far from the other locations in Eastside Tacoma, but I come to this Fife location (flagship store) because the bud-tenders are really amazing with their customers service & bud knowledge. I leave feeling happy every time!! (I do go to the other locations, but if I’m already in the area, I rather choose Fife.) 😊

I stopped by this place today and after showing my DL’s, I was informed to tell my budtender that my bday was just the other day & I can get a bday discount. Kerri was my budtender & instructed me on how to redeem the discount. Did what he said and … Waalaah!! $15 off my purchase!!
