A Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience
I had an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience at this cannabis store. Despite having a valid Russian driver’s license with an official English translation (valid until 2026), I was denied entry to the store.
The staff scrutinized my ID for an unreasonable amount of time, with one manager calling over another to inspect it further. When I clarified that it was a Russian license, I was promptly told that I couldn’t enter and was asked to leave the premises.
This level of treatment felt nothing short of discriminatory. Not only was it embarrassing, but it was also completely unnecessary, as my documentation is valid and recognized elsewhere.
For comparison, I visited two other cannabis stores in the area, where my ID was accepted without any issue, and I received excellent service and product recommendations.
This store’s lack of professionalism and respect for customers was shocking. I will not be returning and would advise others to take their business elsewhere to avoid similar treatment.
