I had the best time on my first ever Cookies visit. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. I was walked through patient discounts, sales and product introductions!

Kevin the manager was great. Knowledgeable about the products and sale pricing. And even went a step beyond and offered a discount for me losing cookie dough reward points which was my fault for not understanding the program fully. This is my second review on Cookies. I did one for a pleasant experience I had there as well. From someone who has visited most of not all of the local dispensaries. Cookies is top tier. 🏆🍪⛽️

My first visit to Cookies, and I must say it was an awesome experience. Christine was the individual that helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable. And very helpful finding what I needed. I would recommend anyone with a medical marijuana card in Florida to go see her.
Excellent customer service, they are honest, trustworthy and most importantly, they know their stuff when it comes to BMW’s. I also love how they give my can a “report card” after each service, with a detailed explanation of my cars current status and future needs. My can will never go back to the dealer.
