Stopped in tonight to grab some flower. We were greeted by their dope staff who took great care of us. The inventory manager had a great personality and was very helpful. Open until 9pm can’t beat that in Tampa.
I waited 20 min before anyone helped. The guy who checked me in assured me he would help once he checked two folks behind me. That did NOT happen and ended helping them, chatting with them for a good 15min. I finally gave up and sat on the couch hoping someone would notice and help. The guy who was supposedly going to help disappeared in the back and never seen him again after checking-out the folks behind me.
The Manager (Michael) finally asked if I needed help and seemed eager, but enough damage was done for me to never shop here again. He offered a FREE 1/8 but that never happened.
It’s a clever concept, an open floor to walk around and look at all of their offerings, but there isn’t any direction or order as to who is next in line. Especially frustrating when the person who was supposed to help disappears. *Skip this place if you don’t want to get skipped on! *
