Nice places nice staff which there was a way to track your points outside of the store recently the drinks I like have been out of stock thebpast few visits the substitutes are okay but not quite what im into but that’s a supplier issue and not so much cotton tails faulty other nice and close and decent prices
This place is very nice inside. Has many items you’ll find else where. They are open good hours.
We had the pleasure of speaking with Erin and Brianna from this location late night as we were visiting from out of town – not only were they lovely and helpful with the product, but they even helped us pick a place for dinner and gave us tons of laughs and advice. Highly recommend this location, outstanding service
I had a very bad experience here, no customer service what so ever! Or consideration of any alternatives, I’ve spent so much money with Cottontail and I was a loyal customer. However they sold me some bad joints and I contacted the store about this, they were costly, they feel apart and I could not get anything from them at all…..yet they never offered to do anything! Save your money, prices are high and the attention and care you get is not worth the price. It is really sad as I used to love this place…. I’ll never go back
