This was one of my go to spots, I’m sure I’ll still visit but my last experience left me feeling uneasy and disregarded. I had bought a 5 pack of pre rolls and once I opened it there was only 3. I called the store immediately and the lady did apologize, but I was taken back when she continued to say she got the same pack and there was 5 and that I should contact Sitka themselves. She is usually super friendly I just felt disregarded and felt there was no customer service aspect to it. Just as a heads up, it never hurts to open your goodies before getting to far from the shop. I will likely be back after some time.
Edit: I did contact Sitka and they were great to communicate with. Like I mentioned before, I will likely be back. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the area.
this is my favourite pot shop in Nanaimo – love it! They have the best selection of papers, glassware and bud around. For real – it s the best. And the staff are so sweet.

Terrible experience. First time in a Nanaimo despensary, I’ll never go back to this place. Rude woman working, had no idea what I wanted even tho I told her again and again, she kept suggesting something else, had no idea of her own stock. Wen I said she seemed to have no idea her own stock and was leaving, she made a rude comment to me. Not sure if lazy or just mean, but I won’t be back or recommending this place
One of the best little shops I’ve come across . All the staff has been friendly, and very helpful with making up my mind for me when it comes to new brands and strains 😁 will definitely continue to be a repeat customer
Place looks like nice but the staff isn’t very helpful and they sold me a lighter that was empty. I don’t understand why a cannabis store can’t just have a box of matches to hand out to paying customers?
