I live in Plaza Midwood and often frequent this very shop. It’s a great atmosphere inside, the staff are very welcoming and helpful with any questions, everyone seems very knowledgeable about the products, and they generally have a pretty wide selection to choose from at extremely fair prices. Plus it’s close by! Big shoutout to Phoebe and Joe who both helped me out today when I went in for my Xmas Eve tree shopping adventures. Working on the holidays they should be saluted 🙂
I had some issues with the quality of flower but the manager, Dan, really stepped up and replaced the product with a better variety. They even threw in some freeze dried skittles because I told them my partner loves them.
I still feel there are better quality flower options in Charlotte (only reason it’s not 5-stars) but those skittles and great customer care will keep me coming back.

I ordered several products online but never received them. I did get the tracking email but it was never picked up and shipped. I stopped by the Concord office and made a purchase and all went well. I told them about the online order and provided all of the order details. I was told that they would take care and get my online order resolved. Never heard anything.
