Don’t waste your time or money. I’m a first-time patient who called to verify my order for the life of me. The employee would not allow me the opportunity to speak. When I politely asked if I had the opportunity to speak. The employee called me rude began a immature rant after her behavior subsided. I politely requested to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor went on a very awkward and embarrassing rant about how I said nothing true and her employee was 100% factual. She then stated she was going to put a safety precaution stating that I was going to hurt or be violent with an individual driver if they showed up so that she was going to cancel my order. Just for that reason, if I had a way to file a lawsuit I probably will. She gave me her name. I have that written down. I have the times and dates of every single conversation written down and recorded, so we’ll see if their check looks good in my bank account

Ordered delivery from here on a recommendation from a friend that had a great experience with a driver. The ordering experience was a little difficult, their website points you to the wrong online storefront, and after I ordered I got a call from what sounded like a call center to confirm it. It was really weird and inconvenient. Thankfully they sent Dana, the driver I was recommended, and he made up for a lot of the hassle. He was very quick, professional, and extremely friendly.
