This place went downhill when curaleaf took over. Reef was great and never any issues. Now they are ALWAYS short staffed. All the time. If you’re going here make sure you set aside plenty of time because drive through is 45mins easy and in store is 30ish only if you placed an online order. Not sure if curaleaf is trying to cut labor costs or something but there is 100’s of other places to go instead with a lot less wait time and same or better prices. It’s a shame
Julio was phenomenal with making sure he listened to what I needed and getting me the correct items. Even when I was unsure of which up-sale I wanted he helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Julio.
The last 3 times I had horrible experiences. The lines were long because they are under staffed. The second time the system crashed so you couldn’t check out. The third time time the online orders was lost due to a system crash. When this was a REEF LOCATION it ran smoothly. This is terrible.
early mornings are the best! Spoke to Leroy today. hes totally awesome and really knows his terps.. & product. I very much appreciate his customer service 👍🏻honestly whenever i see him, I tend to pick out whatever he suggests. Really I’ve only had a handful of bad batches in all since Ive been coming to reef/curaleaf. The regular employees are awesome keep up the great work. 😊
This location is probably the most unorganized shop I’ve ever been to. You can be waiting in line for 20+ minutes, and there be only 2 cashiers, a 3rd if you’re lucky. That being said you’ll still get a person from online pickup called in front of you, that has been there maybe 5 minutes. Heck, if you’re standing in line, you may as well order online while you wait, then go pick up over there. You’ll get ahead of plenty of folks that were in front of you. On top of that, there are cashiers that are hard of hearing or something ( she didn’t understand a word I said, even after I broke it down into syllables), not the best position in the store for somebody with that handicap. I love the selection and I love the deals and regular prices too. The service here has been trash way too often. Will I still shop there? Maybe, but I’d rather find another spot with better service. I’ll miss it there though.
