This place has gone downhill, especially lately. They have great variety, average to above average pricing, but their customer service sucks. I tried to have them replace the battery I bought 3 weeks ago which wasn’t working. They can’t even comp a $10 dollar item and the manager comes out to give me a BS explanation about how electricity and battery charging work. I’ve been smoking for 20 years and don’t need your nonsensical explanation. If you don’t want to replace a faulty battery I understand, but trying to make it my fault is just dumb. Thankfully there are newer places opening up.
Ryan was super helpfull i was in a rush but he still got me everything I needed in a timely manner and they had both of the strains that I wanted also a great selection and I got a deal for my first time all in all a great experience 10 out of 10 would recomend
Great place to get cannabis in the city. Great prices. Friendly service. I was only planning to visit once while I was in the Lincoln Park area. The only cons were that there is no parking. And I didn’t like having to use the kiosk to place my order. This takes away from the person to person conversation and information. Just my opinion. Also, Loved that you can buy weed on Weed Street!
I usually pickup during peak busy times, which are understandably more transactional. Todays visit was a nice change of pace. I commented how quiet it was. Ryan, the only budtender on the floor, was friendly and shared that I had just missed the rush. It took a moment for him to gather my order, but that makes sense post rush. Retail on a Saturday is no joke!
Very helpful staff. But my disposable vape pen does Not work ! The Essence is written on it. I did not realize it did not work until i was away at another destination. I will now have to hire a driver to return this item…Very disappointed
