I have been to this location dozens of times.
Today on my way here I saw a car accident scary stuff. The young man at the door Carmine H says hello and how are you. I hand him My id and say hello! And ignore his question about how are you. I don’t think he likes that because he asks aren’t you going to answer the question. I begin to explain how I feel it’s disingenuous for retail employees to ask this and ask him do you really care how I’m doing. The employees said that’s one way of thinking I bet you make a lot of friends like that. At this point I was about to go in and replied okay I hope you have a lot of friends or something like that. The employees called me by name back and said that if I am going to be rude I should shop elsewhere he is refusing me service. I didn’t argue I said I will take your advice and left. I will return to curalaf to redeem the tons of points I have built up bit will never shop here again. If leadership reads this please be selective of who you have at the door, and if you are working in a people facing role
Be kind you don’t know what someone just saw or went through right before. It’s your job to be kind I’m not required to exchange pleasantries with you. I am appalled by this interaction. It not surprised.
Edit: I was hopeful to hear from Management here that all I wanted to be heard. But no one has bothered to follow up. I will file a BBB complaint. Looking at BBB all curaleaf locations have a F rating, this is the best evidence of all of how they care about the customer experience.
I think I’ve had the best customer service experience of my life today. I’ve certainly never had better. Chris was amazing. He gave me some really good personal recommendations on product and got me an incredible price. I am a loyal customer to this dispensary and it’s people like Chris and Kirby that make me that way. If you’re in the marketplace, I can’t imagine a better place to do business.
This was my first visit to Curaleaf. The store is clean, professional looking, and well stocked. Nice was an excellent bud tender and extended a number of discounts to me. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely come back.
