Best products and prices in town and yet hands down the worst customer service experience we’ve had in a long time. We love the store and will continue to give them thousands of our hard earned dollars every year but it doesn’t feel very good after my wife and I were treated the way we were by staff, customer service and the call center. All we wanted was for them to correct my wife’s patient ID number on her on-line account so she could order ahead. After several weeks no one really cared to figure it out so they just began to ignore us. They actually seemed mad we had an account issue to begin with. We’ve since found a solution on our own. Enjoy all the great products, but if you have an issue, Good luck!
The service is always good but I recently bought a quarter ounce of pre-ground flower. Note this is not shake but pre-ground and there was nearly half of a gram of stems so big that they were piercing my papers. I literally had to spend an hour pulling sharp hard stems out of my flower and the whole point of buying pre-ground was so you don’t have to do that.
I love the people but I won’t be shopping here again
