Chris is always so polite on the phone, when he calls and confirms my delivery. Laura delivered my items today and was very nice. I have never had a bad experience with any of the folks at Curaleaf. It is the only dispensary I use. Thank you for having such a great team and making deliveries. As a senior citizen, it is very helpful.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. Customer service is always great, the prices are very reasonable and the products are always fantastic. I just wanted to say that my visit today February 21st 2025 was probably one of the best experiences. I dealt with Alexander and Laura. They are extremely customer service orientated and accommodating. Not to mention very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. When you walk in that store they make you feel like you’ve been friends with them for a long time. It’s very rare to find that these days, I must say those two are my favorites. Just wanted to let the public know that this store is fantastic and they have a customer for life.
Ordered last night when the store was closed, cool. Received a phone call from Chris and went over verification and my profile was created. Was told I’d receive a call when the order was out for delivery. We ran into a small hiccup during the process, but Chris made sure to get me right and rectify any issues with my order and I truly appreciate him for his patience and understanding!!! The store has GREAT deals so I re-ordered my medicines and they were out to me the following day with no issues so I’m satisfied and thankful. I had the pleasure of seeing Laura who is such an awesome and strong woman. Chris and Laura are the best people that Curaleaf has ever had! These two go above and beyond and their customer service is nothing short of amazing! Keep up the great work you both are appreciated!
Chris and Laura were as sweet as they come. So nice to deal with. Order changes were needed. Very helpful with the phone calls and helping me make other choices. The changes in the order Lowered the price. I didn’t realize i was below the minimum for free delivery. They knew I just got back from the hospital so they waved the delivery fee. Would highly recommend.
I had a great delivery experience with Chris on the phone and with the lovely woman who came to my door. Laura was super friendly and professional.
