One of the best places in the Skokie area to get quality, high potency products that just make me feel great, from good people. Almost everyone you meet at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t really use their personal service, since I always preorder and go right to the line but the place is welcoming and friendly. Plus they love when I bring my dog in because she’s friendly and behaves. Only down side is they don’t have dog treats for when she comes in. I’ll be back there again.
Staff very kind and organized. Service was great and quick. Even security was kind and helpful. Would definitely make the trip out of my way to this spot. Plus sale prices were on point.
Customer Service above and beyond. Shannon hit all the customer service nails on their heads. I was welcomed, asked how my day was, I was apologized to for the wait; the whole time serving me with a great attitude and a smile. All the staff at Curaleaf are always great, but Shannon was the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
Nice employees but lack customer service skills. This is always my last resort when looking to buy anything when I’m in the Chicago area. Usually long lines and even when there is no line, the checkout process takes forever and there is no hustle. You’ll see 1-2 employees in the front while you hear laughter from multiple people coming from the back. It would be nice to see someone come up to the front and help or quiet down and act more professional. I really don’t recommend going to this dispensary if you have any other options.
