Great prices and staff. However the way they choose to operate is ridiculous. Having up to 10 people waiting in a room for over 30 minutes is insane. There are plenty of small dispensaries that have streamlined the process without the wait. Please figure out how to do this in a way that benefits the patients. Most of us could have been in and out but instead we’re in a room while two dudes chat at a computer rearranging ids when they could be checking people out.
We drive all the way from Salt Lake to visit this dispensary and have only been here three times, each time being a bad experience. Because of our experience the past two times we decided to put in an order for pick up this third time visiting so we wouldn’t have to deal with too many employees and we were hopeful it would be a smooth visit/transaction. We received an email and text that our order was ready. We show up and follow their instructions waiting over 20 minutes after parking and “checking in” just to have to call the number and check in yet again. They said the order was ready and they’d be right out. However, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before someone came out to greet us and then go back inside without even bringing our product out. So again we wanted even longer!!! We will absolutely NOT be coming back. The lack of customer service and professionalism is mind boggling. Just because you work in the cannabis industry doesn’t mean you have to play into the stereotype and hire incompetent humans.
The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because they have good prices. Nothing else about this place is good. This is by far the slowest dispensary you’ll visit in Utah. Even if your online order is “ready” expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes every time that you come here.
Christian and Zach are the absolute best! Knowledgeable, kind and overall some pretty awesome dudes that genuinely care about helping others. Very happy to have such an amazing team in PC.
These guys are awesome. I’ve grown accustomed to the bloc in south Jordan but first time visit was blown away. Zach provided me the personalized visit that was specific to my needs. Highly recommend. 👏🏻
