Typically a super easy process to pick up an online order. Yesterday there was a HUGE line, it seemed as though they had less staff than usual. The line still moved fairly quickly even with just two people to get people checked out. Customer service is never lacking and Brian was extremely polite and apologetic for the wait. I used to order delivery from a place in queens, but this place is so fast to fill an order (since I procrastinate), that I drive here now. They also do delivery here it’s just much closer for me.
My first visit was very interesting. I had the needed documentation and was approved immediately. . I was greeted with a smile and helped when I was at the kiosk.
My order was placed and ready to go super fast.
The whole staff was a ray of sunshine and made my day.
I always leave absolutely amazed at the kindness, patience, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff.
This is the only store, in my life, where I’ve arrived, inquired about a sale I saw the day before, only to be informed that’s it no longer valid because there’s a better sale available. Utterly brilliant.
Two fellows stand out each time I’ve shopped there in the last year and they are particularly awesome – I always have amazing chats with them about the general awesomeness of their store, culture, and music.

He is polite, very friendly, and courteous. With his good character has built trustworthiness that I always feel comfortable in his presence.
