i come and spend my dollar at this location a few times a week only because its close to my job, now i’ll think twice if i wanna experience bad customer service again. Teach your staff basic skills of customer service, u don’t turn your back on a customer when u see that the person ready to order and start loudly talking with your co-worker, hand slapping etc…am i at sum public High school or at dispensary.. And it happens time after time, what is this attitude and cheap behavior for no reason? The only person who actually professional at this place is Gaby(big thanks to her kindness and help).

I went to the kiosk than I stood on the line waiting. Every time I go in there it’s literally no one in there so not busy at all. The customer in front of me was finished with his purchase. I moved up because obviously I’m next. I’m standing there waiting I’m literally the only one in the store. The staff are just moving around doing whatever they are doing. One of the staff came in front of me at the register to type in something but still no welcome no nothing no I will be with you in a sec or anything. I was standing there for about 5 minutes. No traffic in the store or anything. 2 mins right before I was about to leave the girl with the glasses came up and said do I need any help I said I put in an order on the kiosk. She said I should have let somebody know but in a rude kinda way. It’s literally your whole entire job to know. The kiosk is made for quick purchases in & out. She basically made it seem like I was standing there for no reason or something obviously I’m purchasing something. My issue is your being rude about it and that’s not how you greet your customers. Usually I meet people like that with the same energy but I really just wanted my bud and to leave. I will never purchase anything here ever again.a lot of other reviews sound like mine they don’t follow the line. To the owner your staff is literally the face of your establishment fix that and you will have better reviews peace & love
