Quick turn around on the order to shipping. Tasty edibles! The sour patch gummies are chewy and tasty and omg sour!! I’m in love. Next time I need a jar, totally worth the drive across Houston to get them.

I came across this product and became intrigued. I didn’t know anything about delta 8 but I did some research and decided to try out the sample gummies. Shipping was fast and boxed with care. Let me tell you, the amount of relaxation I felt surprised me. I felt calm and it also helped me sleep! I definitely recommend these to those who have trouble relaxing and sleeping. I will absolutely buy these again!
I have not used their product(s) yet, but I am reviewing because I was given the clearly incorrect information whether intentional or not.
I started a conversation via the online chat to ask some questions about the product and asked if local same-day delivery was an option. The other person confirmed that local delivery is an option to the Spring area and he/she even asked for my address. I provided my address and they indicated that they would manually update that order to be local delivery.
Immediately after I provided the order number (order # DSQWW-6682) to the person I was chatting with, the response was “tracking will be provided once shipped”. This seemed like a pretty clear indication that this order was actually just going to ship and not be local delivery. Sure enough, one day later and I have not received local delivery.
It’s beyond frustrating to specifically ask you for something, be told that the request will be granted, and ***paying*** for the product as a result of being told the request would be granted….only for the assurance of that request to have been wrong or miscommunicated.
It doesn’t make a lot of sense to get something wrong when it is described to you perfectly. There should not be any confusion either as to if I just wanted the product to “ship”. Clearly, you have a website that already allows you to add items to your order and proceed to checkout and have it shipped to you if that was what was desired.
I will update my review once I receive the product, but to get something wrong that is so basic is a head scratcher. I was going to tip well, too.
I recently ran out of my Nano muscle salve and was so happy to find this place. Dalton went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He answered my inquiries in a timely manner while I was shopping online and provided a discount code (which is rare these days). I ordered my products yesterday and got the message that is was ready for pick up today. Their location was easy to find. I even received a free sample which I can’t wait to try. Will definitely be back!
When you ring the doorbell an employee appears and it does not feel welcoming; it feels like they’re wondering why you’re even here in the first place. They don’t ask what you want or what you’re looking for, just stare at you. Then when I was shown the flower it was completely brown and dried out. Pretty mad about wasting my time here and they also don’t answer their phones for you to ask questions before making the trek out. Worst store of this ilk I’ve been to and my regular store is already inconvenient so that says a lot.
