My first time went exceptionally well – I did an online order ( which I recommend) wait time was approximately 30min . Friendly staff / Pharmacist was knowledgeable and very nice ✨clean waiting area , just wish restroom was for customers also. Overall great product and great service 🫶
I will say that for the area, I am greatful we have some type of dispensary. This place is very clean and set up like a pharmacy/clinic.. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The hours of operation are very odd though. I would guess that with prices this high, it makes sense to not be open at regular business hours. All in all a very nice place. But, there is no way I can give a 5 star rating with everything being overpriced.
The medicine is wonderful if you haven’t tried it don’t knock it. It helps with a wide variety of medical issues without having to rely on a pill.
Had a horrible experience here today. Was sent a text stating that my order was ready at 3:43 pm. Pickup hours were supposed to be until 4. I arrived at the store at 3:48 and they turned me away saying they were closed. Why send me a message telling me my order is ready when you are closed? Haven’t been this furious in a long time. I need to calm my nerves with some cannabis. Oh wait, I can’t.
I was a patron here for around a year. There seems to be about a 50/50 shot whether you’ll get okay service or bad. On 3 separate occasions I have placed an online order, received confirmation that it was ready, and then drove an hour and a half to the dispensary… only to leave empty handed.
The only thing worse than the customer service is the bud. Moldy, dry, weak popcorn is what you’ll get about 60% of the time (at a premium of $60/3.5)
I’ll find better value for my money elsewhere, and likely be treated better.
