Me and my gf have been coming here for months with no issues and just now they gave us the wrong order for a cartridge that is cheaper than what we paid. They blatantly scanned the item and still charged the original price. It may only be $10 and few % of thc difference but that’s enough to discredit all trust I’ve given them so far. I may not be returning after this.
Edit: To clarify, my issue is with the fact that your employee was able to scan a lower costing item while charging the original price. I don’t care about coming in to swap it out in the morning, I’ll just take the loss.
