Dutch Love | Yaletown, Vancouver Cannabis Dispensary | Same Day Weed Delivery

I’ve been a regular weekly customer of Dutch Love for 2+ years. I always tip the staff and even wrote a 5-star review for them.

The product is usually fantastic, however I recently got an especially bad 3-pack of pre-rolls(from Sitka, a normally reliable brand).

I went by the shop to ask for an exchange only to be informed that they don’t do exchanges or refunds if the customer “doesn’t care for the strain” for legal reasons. I mentioned how bad the ones I purchased were and how I’ve never complained or asked for any exchange in the previous 2 years.

Despite this, she repeated(politely) that they couldn’t offer anything outside of a small discount on my new purchase.

I told them they would be alienating a regular customer and she reiterated that there was nothing she could do. I left the product with them and left the shop to purchase around the corner.

I really don’t understand why a business would alienate a loyal client over a small purchase issue. I do love the shop but I can’t give business to a place that would stick me with a bad purchase. Perhaps they feel as though their hands are tied, but if you can offer a discount then you can replace a regular customer’s bad purchase.

(I’ve left 3 stars instead of a lower rating because up to recently the product was always great, and also the staff is consistently super friendly and helpful and a pleasure to interact with, and I always appreciate that part of shopping there. The Brazilian guy is always very welcoming and cool to chat with. Whoever does the hiring there I have to say does an especially great job).

It was one of the nicest cannabis store i have been too, extremely knowledgeable staff, they make you feel welcome and take the time to listen and suggest options, the Manager Eriana was amazing she is very personable and professional, i recommendedthis store.

Best selection I’ve seen, nice staff, good deals. My favourite dispensary I’ve been to personally.
