Great place! Gets busy a lot as you know!#stonergang420 could maybe get some more registers and fix the glitches in the tv menu but overall store is 10/10 and I go religiously every week! Maybe accepting more than aeropay could be cool?! More menus for seeds and other items that’s are only online maybe some fox farm happy frog (inside use) ,ocean breeze (outside use) cha Ching ,open sesame ! Starter fertilizer some grow tent kits , t5 lights and maybe some hydroponic equipment if able too but yeah some stuff I think would be able to make the store more equipped with being able to obtain the stuff needed to grow your own and maybe even for beginners books on growing like them dummy books lmao marijuana growing for dummy’s I think some people would check it out aha !!! But yeah thank you elevate for being one of the best dispensary’s I see in upstate ny!!ADK’S!!!!!!!appreciate y’all more than y’all would ever know!!!
Called because of issues with payment processing, that I’d never had in the past, was told to try something and call back if it doesn’t work and she can try and help in some way by a female manager, so I did.
Got a male manager named Mike on the phone who basically told me in a pretty condescending way that he can’t do anything and, no, I can’t speak with the female manager because he’s the manager too, despite me saying I’d just spoken with her a moment ago, and I could hear her in the background, and she’d told me to call back. I forgot her name but he kept asking me for her name when I asked to speak with her and I am bad with names so..
No clue why I can’t speak with the person who offered to help me and am being told to go message aeropay (who I also said I have messaged, they didn’t respond), or come in when I’d mentioned I’ve tried, and I cannot physically come in (hours away).
Liked this place but the way this person treated me on the phone was like I was annoying and a nuisance for calling back about an issue I was told to call back about. Sucks there’s nowhere else to go around here.
Whoever the female manager was today (10/29/24), she was helpful and kind and I thank her atleast for the help and patience, but other than that, I feel if I’m not treated with respect and instead treated like a nuisance and a problem when I’m trying to be kind and just asking for help, that I nor those who care about kindness are wanted as a customer.
I made my first purchase here and I’m not unsatisfied! Will be back to explore some more items.
Very good selection, but nothing is priced, and no menu so it’s hard to order. Bud tenders are just cashiers so you have to memorize what you want. Displays are also difficult to find out what they have. I suggest ordering online. They could use a few tablets in store to help with the ordering process.
