Great shop. Informative and friendly staff. I wish they would have told us most vape pens need you to click the button on the side 5times fast for them to work. We thought we bought one that didn’t work.
Located outside Colorado Springs, so no medical card is needed! You will need an ID, which they’ll scan at the door. They have a pretty good selection of bud and edibles and really awesome customer service. They don’t accept credit cards, so be ready to pay debit or cash! The guy at the checkout helped us out a lot, I wish I could remember his name. Again, everyone who helped us was above and beyond! They have specials on bud, premium bud, and all kinds of edibles and lotions and etc.. I would go back every time for the customer service. They made us feel at home. We felt like they were our cousins helping us pick the right products for the first time. Super cool!
Me and my friend came here already having shopped before but not expecting to have the experience we did. Kolten had such a wide variety of knowledge on different products and was able to provide me a better option than what I had been using. He was very kind and friendly on top of his amazing service! We will definitely be coming back here and if you go be sure to ask for Kolten! SHOUT OUT YOU WERE AWESOME!

Beware! I Bought 2 4g tubs of wax from here yesterday. Got home and they seemed wrong. I weighed them compared to an empty tub from the same company and sure enough both of them were only filled to 3 grams each! They shorted me 2 grams. I called, spoke to the manager who pretty much called me a liar and told me to come back before I use any of the wax to show them and “maybe we might be able to do something” I explained that I walk/bus and don’t drive, it’s a 4hr round-trip commute to get to the store that’s why I only go every other week. I explained I have to work today and don’t have the time to come back, but took pictures and asked him to go weigh a couple of the same batch & same type in their stock to confirm their underweight. I also explained I can’t simply not use the wax until I have time to come up, because I rely on it as a medical patient. He flat out refused to help and insinuated I was a scammer. Horrible customer service!
The sales person that day told me how these were “selling like crazy” and I can only imagine how many hundreds of other customers they sold hundreds or thousands of underweight products to! That is literally tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars they may have been shorting us! And for who knows how long! I can only imagine what other stuff is going on to trick customers if they are doing this and trying to cover it up. Looking at some of the other real reviews on here are quite troubling.
Really sketchy stuff going on here! They won’t honor coupons they put out. They have had wax with hair contamination in the past. They bribe 5 star reviews by offering a free joint if you leave a 5 star review on Google. I’m a retired firefighter and they used to offer a small discount for 1st responders, but they up and recalled that (kinda a big screw you to all the firefighters and police protecting them and their store). Just really sketchy policies and business practices that need to be investigated!
If you do decide to goto Emerald Fields PLEASE WEIGH ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS YOURSELF! You may not be getting what you pay for or are told your getting! If someone has a lab to test the other numbers they are claiming about their products, that may be worth looking into too! With as much as they charge & then they charge over 30% tax in Manitou, its insane. But to then be treated like that when you politely inform them of a problem. Very unhappy and disappointed, ive spent tens of thousands of dollars here for years.
