I purchased online via the Emerald Organics website. I received my items with lightning fast shipping.
The items I ordered were very fresh, (trust me I know when flower isn’t fresh), and of excellent quality!
The only reasons I didn’t leave 5 stars is because their website could use some improvements and their customer service.
I had sent an email to hello@emerald to inquire if there were any first time customer or monthy specials, and I never received a reply.
There is no age verification Pop-up or area to submit proof of age. I was sent an email and I had to email them back a picture of my ID before my order could be shipped.
The My account area is buggy and it instead takes you to the website administrator login. I assume some this is due to the website not being optimized for mobile either.
I did not receive a tracking number after my order was was sent out. I actually had to call to make sure my emailed age was received, and that my package was shipped,the gentleman I spoke with didn’t offer the tracking number though.
Overall, I would purchase again from Emerald Organics based on the quality of the product alone. Again, it is excellent!

The owner, Candice personally emailed me and more than made up my initial experience.
This place feels like a dream! Not only can you get quality flower, but they have options outside of that! Edibles, drinks, disposable vape pens, cartridges and batteries, etc!
The customer service is pretty top-notch, too! You’re always greeted when you walk in, and you immediately feel welcome! Questions, if any, are answered and the staff make it very clear for me to understand how things work!
The store itself looks clean and professional and sets itself apart from most smoke shops you typically see in the area! Everything here is looked at as a way to help rather than just looking for a high while also welcoming that option, too! Prices are as good as you can get in Fort Worth, as well!
I definitely give this place a recommendation if you ever find yourself in the area looking for some quality hemp products!
My top recommendation is the flower, but those disposables are fantastic too!

I’ve been here plenty of times but thought I’d just stop in to leave a review. Listen love love love loveeeee them! Everybody is so friendly down to the security! Their product is literally * Chefs kiss*. The fact that they deliver too is perfect! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. They give you the best experience. If you’re new to the store make sure you tell them they explain everything.
Emerald Organics has THE best flower selection in Texas. I haven’t seen anywhere that comes close. It’s also probably the only spot in Texas that I was classify as “high grade” and not mid.
Very happy I’ve found this place and I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
