Such a clean and well operated establishment. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The check in process was super quick and straightforward and the greeter was super sweet. The guys inside were super chill and very knowledgeable about all the products they offer. They have hired security who was super nice. Their deals are beyond AMAZING. I had a great experience and found exactly everything I was needing so thank you all so much at Empire Twin Palms 🙂
Not sure why they insist on keeping those touch screens, only one of them probably works without getting frozen before you check out. Been coming here for a while and it’s been MONTHS those touchscreens have been doing this, you’d figure they would fix it. After standing around for more than 5 minutes I just walked out, there was no clear line to order anything, a bunch of customers and employees were just standing around.
Let me start out by saying the staff was nice, The products are quite awful though. I bought a cart about a week ago, and after not even being halfway gone it broke off into my battery. They can’t refund or exchange it because it’s been longer than 48 hours 30$ wasted, be warned 🙂
The comment about the touch screens lol bro it’s called COMMUNICATION. Speak up. The staff is always polite and professional. Also, if your so bent on not communicating, you can check the same menu on the website.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would definitely because tell me why sugar daddy been my fav brand since I started smoking especially the Diamond infused 8th. It was on sale for 20 so I went to go buy it. Does this look like an 8th to y’all?! Absolutely tf NOT. They are definitely picking out nugs from what they sell I’m so disappointed in this be careful when buying from here they will rip you off just go to culture cannabis or remedy room this place has disappointed me and I’ve been a loyal customer. Never coming here again. DO BETTER
