I always have a enlightened experience with Enlightened Dispensary I love their prices and they have a great catalog to choose from. Customer service is professional and helpful. I will say the process is a slow process always plan to sit for a few longer then most other dispensaries.. One of my favorite Dispensaries
Great location, fully accessible, clean well lit lobby with accommodating atmosphere. Inviting and friendly security agents. Fast and easy check in. Quick checkout, knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure, no surprises. Informative website offers great deals and convenient ordering. The inventory is always refreshing and interesting, yet consistent. As a budget shopper I appreciate the options available in my price range.I enjoyed my visit and hopes for many more.
The online orders are bait and switch and they have zero capacity to handle anything efficiently to process Customers in a timely manner. My wife placed an online order (the only way to take orders), received notice that it was ready for pickup. Indicated I would be able to pick it up (website indicates you can designate someone). The products she purchased specifically because they were allegedly on sale. When I arrive, there is a line out the door. That is not the issue. The issue is that these are all online orders. It should be a simple checkin and then when you go in, you get your order and pay and leave. However, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. It took so long for each customer. When I was finally called, not only did they have to go collect my wife’s order that was allegedly ready for pickup, but also, they stated that since I was picking it up, they had to cancel her order and put it under my name (why even have the spot on the website giving the option of having a pickup person). When they changed the order to my name, it removed all of the discounts on the products and the price was 30% more. I have been to other dispensaries that were just as busy, not limited to online orders only and still got me in and out much quicker. The others also didn’t bait and switch with alleged discounts. I will never return here and you should not either. Their competitors will treat you better.
I’m loving this place. It’s smooth sailing from placing an online order to pick up and back on your way. The employees are so nice, yet professional. Just yes 👍 keep up the great work!
Unfortunately the service is far too slow to recommend this place. 30 minutes in line outside, an hour in a lobby inside – just too long. Not sure whether they’re under-resourced or the process is inefficient, but the nice staff and facility can’t save the experience when it takes that long.
