Just left, this review is based on the customer service experience alone, I haven’t yet tried the product. It was my first time and I didn’t know about the process. They have nothing on display, only an iPad showing their inventory, which seemingly was not accurate as I selected something there that was not actually available. I didn’t get the name of the woman i interacted with. I felt from the moment I walked in that she was pretty much just looking for a reason to not sell to me, or maybe she was just mad that I interrupted the nothing going on in there? I’m not sure but I felt like I was on my own and basically not welcome. The price she initially quoted me was more than $50 more than what the iPad was saying, though ultimately it came up as even less with the first time discount. She did seem to slightly warm up by the time she took my money. But at this point the product will need to be literally incredible to make this a positive experience / have me return. Otherwise based on this interaction I have very little interest in coming back.
Excited this place in on the way home from work. Great selection and quality. There is always plenty of staff to help or just talk to. I go every Friday since the opened. It’s been great every time. Last time was especially great thanks to Stephanie. I ordered in store, and she was very pleasant to talk to while I waited. She also corrected my order and made sure I had the right stuff. Thanks Rise and thanks Stephanie!
Absolutely wonderful place to do business. Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I’m an older person and am grateful that purchasing what I need is so easy and safe.

Just had an awesome experience at eTain, and I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to Anna! From the second I walked in, she was super friendly and made me feel totally at ease. I had a bunch of questions, and instead of just rattling off generic answers, she really took the time to understand what I needed. I was looking for something to help with pain but didn’t want to feel out of it all day, and she broke everything down—terpenes, cannabinoid ratios, different ways to use the products—without making it feel overwhelming.
What really stood out was how much she actually cared. She wasn’t just trying to sell me whatever was expensive; she wanted to make sure I left with something that actually worked for me. Her recommendations have been spot on, and I can already tell a difference. If you’re not sure what to get or just want to talk to someone who really knows their stuff, definitely ask for Anna. She’s the real deal!
