Our first time at Etain was an absolute delight thanks to Terry! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions, offered tailored recommendations, and explained everything clearly. His expertise and warm demeanor made shopping a breeze. The only good staff interaction I’ve had here was with Terry. Everyone else is always so miserable and it’s never a pleasant experience. Which always throws the mood off because you’d think going to a dispensary where most people are there to alleviate pain or feel better, that people who work here would be kind and welcoming or at least not so tense and negative which is the typical vibe. Except for Terry, he’s the only one who knows his stuff and he’s always so kind!
Very easy process to set up a pre-order. Go to the Store. They check your I D…..you get your merchandise. You’re out the door. Catherine was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using this store from now on.
