Absolutely wonderful staff all of them are very helpful patient and overall a nice experience..
gripe is with the higher ups… we live in”out the mountain”, 45 minute ride so when I go I stock up for a few months.. I download the app which is just a complete waste for me. There is absolutely no benefit to it when I first downloaded it. I spent about 1300 and I think they let me use 100. I had 1300 points or something came a few months later now I have no point because I did not use them within 90 days! So I just went back down spent 1500 and have no points to use it at all. It might be beneficial to the people who buy weekly or monthly but not to those who stock up and live far away. Can’t wait till there is one closer this does not benefit me one bit.
This is the BEST dispensary in the Lehigh Valley!! The WHOLE staff is by far the most friendly and generally concerned for you. A product I had been using was discontinued and Shaun spent a lot of time finding the perfect replacement.. Shaun is my favorite go to guy!! He is super helpful, friendly and just a great guy to chat with!! I hope he stays there because it definitely would be a Lost to losing him!! Ty Shaun for your help today and every visit!
The staff here is very energetic, full of jokes as well as very helpful with my questions. Great suggestions! All around a wonderful atmosphere. Wish I lived closer to visit this as a regular rather than the ones we have here.
One of my favorite dispensaries in the greater Lehigh valley for sure! They are always extremely clean inside and can answer any questions that you have without issue. Tonight I was lucky to have Brett assist me with my purchases and it was a pleasure! I will always come back here again and again……A+++++
This was my first time at a dispensary and I highly recommend Ethos! I was extremely nervous, but everypne was very nice and so welcoming! Brett was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, to help me better understand, each product that I was purchasing. He also gave me 2 of the Pharmacists business cards in case I have additional questions. He also explained Ethos Rewards and discounts every Wednesday and Saturday! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!
