The price was a little rich for my blood so I didn’t buy any product, but I don’t know where to begin with service and presentation!
I enjoyed the interactive and visual displays the most. The open products made showcasing joint styles a breeze and the interactive displays aren’t like any other store! Plus, the personalised and hard-to-A of accessories was like a breath of fresh air. I got a vape stand that I only ever heard of!

I knew what I wanted so I had made an order online. I came in the store. The cashier who was working today. Was extremely rude and disrespectful because I ordered online and came in. Made me wait for over 15 mins for my order and helped everyone who lined up AFTER me. Tell me why I can’t order online and walk in? It’s the exact same thing if anything quicker for the cashier as she doesn’t have to wait for me to decide. Idk but NOT a good impression of Sudbury or this cannabis experience at all.
Will not be returning to this store again when visiting the cottage.

The young girl in there was so rude. Her attitude was unbelievable. Zero customer service skills at all.
She stood behind me, and heard me make a comment to myself about the prices.
She got SUPER rude about it with a tone “Because we are ACTUALLY knowledgeable here, and they pay us a living wage.” That’s hilarious. I have been smoking since before she was in diapers. I ain’t paying for her knowledge. Lol
Plenty of dealers on the streets before these stores opened had more knowledge, and would never talk to me like that for no good reason.
Too bad she wasn’t more “knowledgeable” about good customer service skills. Won’t be returning.
I’ve only shoped because I previously worked there and got a dicount which brought me to regular prices ): will never be the cheapest store considering all other locations are in Toronto and they have a high turnover rate for their workers!!! glad any other cannabis store in sudbury will have better pricing and more than one worker for the busier seasons.
