Usually come here for the drinks and edibles but bought a vape pen last time I was in, there was a misunderstanding with the return policy but the staff has great customer service and helped us out 🙂 awesome people
I would give one star, but the staff don’t deserve that. I love the staff at Flight, they’re so knowledgeable and friendly every time I go in.
My issue is that when I go online to look at the menu, they often don’t actually have that product in store, despite the website saying it’s in stock. I don’t blame staff for this, this is obviously an issue with whoever orders or updates the websites or their system. This is super annoying because I like to decide ahead of time what I might want so I’m not standing around wasting time in the store.
I also tried to purchase a gift card at Christmas for my girlfriend and was told they usually can do that but because of the system they were unable to at the time. Ok fair enough. I tried again recently for her birthday but it still isn’t working. Seems like something they might want to try and fix?
I don’t blame the staff for this, they’re fantastic but there is an obvious issue with management or their system or something…
This is my favourite shop on town. Great parking and knowledgeable staff. Spotless store and it never smells of pot. Some good f the stores you go I. You can’t take the smell of the pot it is so strong. Thanks Flight
Great shop for staff knowledge and easy in/out shopping in South Nanaimo. The prices are a bit high vs other local shops is the only reason for 4*. Nice selection and refrigerated concentrates.
Horrible for returning defective items, no matter how much business you give them. Highly recommend inspired down the way instead.
